Valentine’s Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. This giveaway is organised by Fiorhe  Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).
  2. Entry is open exclusively to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
  3. The promotion opens on [02/02/2026] and closes on [26/02/2026] (12:00 A.M. AEST).
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
  5. To enter, participants must:
    5.1 - Follow @fiorhecosmetica on Instagram
    5.2 - Tag one Valentine’s person in the comments of the giveaway post
  6. There will be three (3) winners, each receiving one Valentine’s Glow Kit, which includes:
    1x Aura Fresh Cream 
    1x Gaia Face Mask 
    1x Aether Face Serum
  7. The total prize value per kit is $198, with a total giveaway value of $594.
  8. Winners will be randomly selected and announced on 28 February 2026 via Instagram. Winners will be contacted via direct message. If a winner does not respond within three (3) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  9. Shipping (Australia Only): The prize will be shipped free of charge within Australia only. Delivery times may vary depending on location. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by shipping carriers once the prize has been dispatched.
  10. Refunds & Exchanges: Prizes are provided as-is. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered on giveaway prizes, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
  11. Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this giveaway and contacting winners, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our Story

Fiorhe was born from Chiara's ambition to raise awareness of the incredible beneficial properties of natural skincare cosmetics.

Chiara's passion for the development of natural products grows year by year and leads her to graduate in Pharmacy and undertake a master's degree in Clinical Trial Governance.

The link with her beloved Sicily and the ambition of developing high quality natural cosmetic products, combined with experience and knowledge of the subject, lead her to found Fiorhe which has its roots in Italian craftsmanship with a distinctive Sicilian character through the use of distinctive local extracts and scent. This allows Fiorhe to develop "truthful" products, effective and transparent towards its consumers.

Originally founded in Italy in 2021, Fiorhe started to serve the Australian market opening a new branch in Brisbane in 2024.
